About Saan Partners
Saan Partners was founded on a simple observation: most transformation work fails not from bad strategy, but from the gap between the strategy deck and the people who have to deliver it.
Why we exist
Our background is in running large-scale programmes inside financial services and compliance technology organisations — global KYC/AML centralisation, vendor migrations, target operating model redesign. That's a different vantage point from most consulting firms: we've owned the RAG status, sat through the steering committee that didn't go to plan, and had to make the change actually stick after the deck was approved.
We started Saan Partners to offer that same standard of delivery to organisations who need it — whether as embedded support, a search partner, or the team accountable for the whole programme.
Who we work with
These sectors share a pattern: regulatory weight, complex stakeholder maps, and very little tolerance for a programme that slips. We focus here because it's where our delivery experience is deepest — not because it's the only place programme discipline matters.
How we work

No hand-off between the people who design the model and the people who deliver it. The same team carries it through.

A plan-on-a-page and a RAG status only earn their place if the steering committee actually trusts and acts on them.

If the model collapses the week after we leave, we haven't done the job. Adoption is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
